Community
Singleton has a variety of different community groups and organisations that inspire the community. Singleton has a great sense of community spirit and pride and has been proven by being finalists in the Tidy Towns Awards numerous times. Singleton has won the Tidy Towns Awards twice, showing the rest of Australia the spirit of Singleton.
It is not uncommon for the community to bind together and support those that need the help the most. There are many different community groups and places in Singleton including;
- The Youth Center
- The PCYC
- Keeping Youth Secure and Safe
- St Johns Ambulance
- RSL Clubs
- Gym and Swim
Many of the different businesses in Singleton also help to hold events that inspire and help the community. Through the help of most of the community groups and businesses Singleton has a strong spirit and pride.
